You can exchange your baby sling at anytime. Please call us first. The sling must be in like-new condition, free of stains, marks or wear of any kind. We will exchange a sling which has been washed once. Send your baby sling to us along with the following:
1. Your shipping address, phone number, fabric/colour request (1st and 2nd choice), and size request.2. A cheque or money order for $7.50 Cdn or $4 US to help cover return shipping costs. Send cash at your own risk.
A full refund for the cost of the baby sling is available 90 days from the original date of purchase. This does not include the cost of shipping. The sling must be in like-new condition, free of stains, marks or wear of any kind. We will refund a sling which has been washed once. The original receipt or a copy must accompany the return. Please enclose a note with your phone number and your address so we can mail your refund. Sorry, we can not issue a refund for a baby sling not purchased directly from Little Star Baby Slings.
Little Star Baby Slings can not be responsible for slings lost or stolen while being sent back to us. It is highly recommended that you insure the package you are sending.
